All Star Abilities

All Star Abilities is a peer-to-peer fitness program for ages 9-12th grade, with and without disabilities to strengthen their muscles and their friendships.

Each All Star Abilities participant will be paired up with a peer partner to prioritize health and wellness, achieve their fitness goals together, and form new friendships! During the 60-minute workout session, everyone will move through a series of exercises such as yoga, strength training, and light cardio. We will start with a warmup and end with a cool down, together!

Teens can sign-up to build meaningful relationships with their peers and help All Star Abilities participants achieve their fitness goals. Learn about one another, motivate each other to become stronger and bring accessible and adaptive workouts to life!
